Andy Goldwasser of Ciano & Goldwasser, LLP settled a highly publicized wrongful death action for a confidential settlement amount.The case involved a 31-year-old mother of three, who was killed while traversing down a waterslide at Splash Zone waterpark in Oberlin, Ohio.The case settled after three and a half years of litigation.
