Historic Canterbury Golf Club (host of the 2009 Senior PGA Championship) retained Ciano & Goldwasser to paper a unique consulting agreement between the Club and "Iron Chef" Michael Symon.  Iron Chef Michael Symon will become Canterbury's new "Chief Consulting Chef" and will design a "Signature Menu" for the Club.  Ciano & Goldwasser congratulates and thanks Canterbury and Michael Symon for this unique legal opportunity.
