Overview

Andy  Goldwasser is a skilled trial lawyer who oversees the firm's Personal Injury and Insurance Practice Areas.  He handles a variety of civil litigation matters, and has been selected as one of the Nation's leading plaintiff's lawyers by Lawdragon.  Mr. Goldwasser is engaged to represent a number of individuals, businesses and insurers in cases involving catastrophic losses, business disputes, patent litigation and mass torts. 

Mr. Goldwasser began his career as a claims adjuster.  While working full-time, he attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at night and graduated from a four-year program in just three years.  Since then, Mr. Goldwasser has enjoyed much success by achieving exceptional results for his clients.

• Successful representation of the O'Jays founder in royalty dispute with a major record label;
• Representation of patent holders in state and federal courts in Ohio, Texas, Washington D.C. and New Jersey;
• Representation of high profile wrongful death cases in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Trumbull and Lorain Counties;
• Representation of catastrophically injured individuals in state and federal courts throughout Ohio; and
