Overview
Andy Goldwasser represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of significant personal injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Goldwasser's areas of expertise also include: product liability, industrial and workplace accidents, corporate neglect, business torts, class actions and multi-district litigation. He handles a wide array of complex civil litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants and has been selected as one of the Nation's leading plaintiff lawyers by Lawdragon and one of the top 100 lawyers in Ohio and top 50 in Cleveland by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters company.
