Ciano & Goldwasser achieved a significant class action settlement totaling in excess of $4 million.  The case related to violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act by a national retailer.  The violations exposed a nationwide class of individuals to identity theft from the printing of certain information on credit card receipt.
