Plaintiff allege Defendants were negligent and consciously disregarded
the safety of Plaintiffs decedent when Defendant Yellow Freight’s
employee attempted to unload a 1,500 compactor/baler from his rig; and
during the unloading process, lost the compactor/baler which fell upon
and crushed plaintiffs decedent.
