After a 5-year, hard-fought legal battle, Ciano & Goldwasser achieved justice on behalf of a family in the city of Lorain, who was forced to live in deplorable conditions as a result of a sewer collapse.  The case involved complex governmental immunity and engineering issues, ultimately culminating in a settlement of approximately $1 million for the family.
